      If you do not work in or have dependence on HR for your job, then you may get a good position

      Cons

      HR full of people who just worked their way up without degrees. Talks a good game about process improvement, but always falls back on "this is the way it has always been" However, if you like HR the way it was done in the early 90s, this may be the place for you. Crappy wages and benefits too.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to learn and everyone is extremely nice. Working hours 6:30-3 which is nice to have the whole rest of your day.

      Cons

      No intern program, it’s what you make of it. Plenty of opportunities but you have to go out and grab them.
