None, this company only has the best interest of themselves.

They claim to be "team players/oriented", however it is anything but that. They only set employees up for failure. I was written up for multiple things that were out of my control, or I did not do. I contacted a client regarding what management claimed they said, and the client said they would gladly write a letter stating that they did not say what management company claimed they did. They try to hold onto the contracts with the owners and somehow brainwash them into thinking they are a good company. You will rarely be told good job - and they expect only the best at all times. They will do anything to cut out employees who actually care about the well being of the hotels and stand up for what they think is right because they are possibly threatened. Major turn over with company - always new hires, and it's that way for a reason!

My experience working at this company was extremely disappointing. The workplace culture felt toxic, with poor communication, lack of support, and ineffective management. Employees were not set up for success, and expectations often felt unclear or unrealistic. The lack of professionalism and accountability from management made an already stressful environment even more difficult. I would encourage anyone considering employment here to carefully evaluate whether this company aligns with the type of workplace culture and leadership they are looking for.
