The place to be if you want to gain experience as a junior or entry level! Rewards people who work very very hard.
Cons
If you don’t intent to become a full time soldier I would not recommend working for Generali. Chaotic with bad cross functionality and constant customer complaints. They underpay in comparison with other insurance companies. Overtime is illegally unpaid but still a requirement....
