-Not open to consideration of different cultures: Office repour is that of the supervisors and is not up for discussion or change. - Multiple ethnicities will and can be hired - after which, your culture will not be celebrated or accepted within company goals and standards. - Brand new office: *less than a year of operation* Supervisor is learning as your learning and my not be able to give you advice on adult (and/or) work related inquiries. - Growth is individually based : once your out of training #goodluck. - Certain trainers will give you ONLY verbal advice and not follow through as far as actions to become successful. - There's a fine line between office repour and being superficial. - Events are ENTIRELY held outdoors, 6 days a week, all year long. - If there's a holiday you take off to spend with family (commission based - you take the time off, your responsible for your own pay) that WILL NOT be understood. - As long as you put $$ first in your life you will be successful.
