Cohesive & dedicated Staff; clear vision, mission, values and ethos; great community of stakeholders- makes the work satisfying and enjoyable; challenges are approached collectively; lots of integrity and character among senior staff members and Board of Directors; great collegiality among the stakeholders from Board to parents as well.

Need to review compensation packages for broader market calibration; smaller staff has tendency to be stretched at times so needing protection from burn-out.
