Med pass. You learn about their effects as you observe and assess pts. Great place to practice time mgt, assessments, and delegation.

Cons

Broken equipments. Gossipy coworkers. Coworkers talking in tagalog 90% of the time.

Easy to cap out salary wise in a position however, other positions are available for growth and wage increase.
