Pros

Hybrid Mode dependant on the distance from the office. Managers are Human and understanding.

Cons

Management is only interested in a small percentage of the workers, which creates inner circles between management and workers and fast track them to promotions. HR is not proctetive of the interests of the workers but the interests of mangement. Company steered into looking at workers as numbers and not humans. Excuses upon excuses when trying to negotiate salaries. No actual technical training. Only language training. A lot of silos between teams and bad blood which difficults communication and problem solving.

Pros

- You learn how much mistreatment you're willing to tolerate before you finally walk away. - Occasionally the printer works. - Free coffee. You'll need it to cry into.

Cons

- It is ironic that this company markets itself as a leader in warehouse systems, process analysis, and solution implementation, yet its own internal operations are a disaster. Processes and best practices are not standardized or followed, contributing to an apparent lack of structure, and no one takes accountability for it. Everything is reactive, disorganized, and driven by ego rather than strategy. - The "work culture" is openly toxic. Micromanagement, intimidation, gaslighting, and gossip behind your back are normalized. If you speak up, expect retaliation or to be labeled "difficult." You are always wrong to management, and they are always right. - Rampant favoritism and office politics override any sense of meritocracy. Promotions are given to the most compliant, not the most competent. If you don't bend the knee to management at every command, you're out. You will never have a voice here. - Zero transparency — decisions are made behind closed doors, and employees are treated like disposable tools, mere numbers on a spreadsheet. - Expect to be blamed for things you weren’t trained on, weren’t responsible for, and often didn’t even know existed. Expect platforms and tools in your daily work to constantly change to more inefficient ones because the company wasn't able to afford a better solution. - HR is not your friend. They exist to protect the company, not you. Reporting abuse is a fast track to retaliation, and any raised complaints are immediately shot down. - Turnover is absolutely insane. You’ll be onboarded with 5 people and the only one left two months later. People being let go or quitting at least every few weeks. New hires rarely last more than a few months. Morale is extremely low, and burnout is widespread. And yet nothing is being done to remedy the root cause, it's "just a problem with the employee". - Raises? Recognition? Support? Forget about it. You'll be told to not expect any raises, bonuses are non-existent, and your work will always go unappreciated. But maybe you'll get a t-shirt! - Speaking of support: There’s no meaningful training, no mentorship, and no path for growth unless you're part of a favored inner circle.
