Somewhat easy going, very friendly people in general.
While I was there snacks for employees give by HR weren't uncommon.
It's a real hit and miss with management depending on who you are under you will have a great time.
Cons
Favoritism runs rampant.
Rumors (good or bad) run fast around the small office.
Cramped space as people were literally working on fold up picnic tables (but I know they're moving to a new location that hopefully fixes that soon)
