Low pay was making around the the same amount as a friend working at a fast food restaurant

Sadly this place is horrible when it comes to paying employees well. They over work you, they lie when you get hired and tell you that you will get a raise, you never get reviews in timely manner, management doesn’t know a single thing about Urology but yet she expects the new hires to know everything within 1 week. Staff has complained to HR about the company and management and nothing gets done. They have lost 13 staff within a 6 to 7 months!

My advise to staff only work at this place to get experience then you leave. Trust my words you will never get a raise because this company can’t afford it!
