1. Some sound delivery capability. 2. Good interaction with President / Owner and all levels of management. 3. Some excellent management with willingness to define expectations.
Cons
1. Have the professionalism and courtesy to sit down one on one when there are any supposed performance or any issues. This should be a common HR and development policy. 2. Do not terminate people without clear reasons communicated and align with the truth. 3. If a person has accomplished a pre-established goal with a financial incentive then pay it as an honorable company
