      - Possibility of working with a big name client - No other Pros

      Cons

      - No flexibility with WFH - No opportunity for growth/learning - Unprofessional & unreliable company (email servers suffered a critical issue & instead of rebuilding, they completely got rid of employee email) - Horrible vacation policy (only 3-5 days of personal time per year)

As noted, Genesis10 does provide staffing services to numerous Fortune 500 clients, creating opportunities to work from one client to the next. Unfortunately 2020 was like no other year with many of our clients adjusting their project portfolios which has a cascading impact as you can imagine. Our recruiters do their best to advocate for each of our consultants. We do encourage honest and transparent conversations. Unfortunately due to your short tenure with Genesis10, beyond our competitive benefits, you did not get to take advantage of the national perks available from our HR team or the professional development e-learning available to our consultants.       Highlight Measurable Achievements: Quantify your success whenever possible. Instead of saying, "I helped with the project," say, "I successfully am learning projects and resulted in a specific positive outcome! Show Initiative and Problem-Solving: Describe a time you proactively identified a problem and developed a solution. For example, "I streamlined the data entry process by implementing that we are learning right now from JIRA, RISK and other methods, which goal is to reduce errors and increase productivity. Demonstrate Team Collaboration: Mention how you helped others or contributed to the team's success. Connect to Company Goals: Link your work directly to the company's broader objectives, and get to know the company goals, and always be ready to grow in any capacity taught. Been here less than a year, but planning on only growth, and hope for conversion in the future with BOA.

      Continue to have an interest in learning and development in each department and assignment given. .
