GenesisCare Response
5yThank you for sharing your candid feedback. At GenesisCare, we work each day to create a positive culture for our employees and ensure that all have an opportunity to grow their career with us. As our organization continues to grow at a fast pace, we know we still have work to do in this area. Our global talent and capability team is currently working to create career development paths and increased opportunities for professional development throughout GenesisCare, with more clarity and consistency around roles.
I’m disappointed to hear that you’ve seen bullying at GenesisCare. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and harassment. If you witness bullying by any GenesisCare employee, please report it to your manager or, if you don’t feel comfortable doing so, contact the People and Culture team.
The past year has been particularly challenging for the emotional well-being of all employees, and we recognize the toll it has taken particularly within our business given its frontline operations. We’re in the process of launching a new well-being program that offers resources and programs to help our employees find stability and balance after a turbulent pandemic year.
Thank you again for taking time to share your perspective on working at GenesisCare. We know we’re not perfect, but we’re sincere in our goal to care for each other as we do our patients. If you would like to share further specific feedback, please email feedback@genesiscare.com. Thank you for everything that you do to support our teams so they can do their #lifesbestwork for our patients.
Kind regards,
Rani Hammond
Chief People & Culture Officer
