They are a bit slow getting started, but the experience is worth the communication struggles

The population you serve is amazing and internal site teams are also great.

National management is absolutely horrible. They over hire for the national team, so many roles that all do the same job and use money there while hounding the individual sites to make more money. National focus is not on the population we claim to serve at all.
