The people are kind and the company founders and senior management are all very accessible and a joy to work and interact with. The company president provides breakfast snacks once a week and in the Summer, there are weekly drawings for prizes including tickets to sporting events, theme parks, movies, and more! In general, the office environment is casual and very quiet making it easy to focus on the task at hand. Benefits and salaries are good and competitive for the northern Virginia area.
Cons
Since the clients are typically federal government, and since the government does not always adopt the latest technologies quickly, you don't get much opportunity to work with the most cutting edge tools and platforms.
