Our trainee program is designed to be a hands-on learning opportunity, while making sure your initial base salary is enough to pay the bills in a city like Chicago! However, once the training is over and the Trader starts performing on their own, the earning potential is not capped! Many of our trainees have achieved very high bonus numbers in the first few years and beyond!
