Pros
Plenty of opportunities to make a large impact in the firm, especially from a technology perspective. Employees are given a chance to put their money where their mouth is and prove they can create a product (technology or trade idea) that will make money. If you succeed you will be rewarded.
Cons
Technology is incredibly interesting but still growing. Some inefficient processes but those inefficiencies lead to opportunities for growth when addressed.
