Client Management ties your hand at many times

It is a small company and you will have the opportunity to participate at the whole product life cycle : from the factory to the market and that is really interesting, a lot of things involved you would not think of.Good chances to get hands-on in the manufacturing/mass production of electronic goods which I did appreciate very much. Good work/life balance, familiar environment.

Software isn't taken under the right consideration there and in fact the quality is poor, no matter how much you strive to get it better, software department is understaffed and you can't get at the bottom of complicated technical problems because there are many other things to do, you will continuously find workaround. They rely too much on people hired from abroad to save money on wages and at the same time they tell you they piling up money. Salaries could be better, but it is a small company so you can't ask for the stars.
