Pros
There were few moments where it really felt that everyone was working as a team to met a goal, that the common goal was to get the facility running.
Cons
The problems started from the top down, with the CEO instilling a culture of fear, and just general nonsense. Town halls consisted of him rambling, and basically telling people to leave if they didn't agree with what was going on. There is a new CEO now, and I hope he can change things. Some teams constantly could not complete items and were an obstacle, with their leadership being unprofessional and rude. Managers did not hold their employees accountable so work never got done and blame was spread around. Teams were constantly told they could not hire the support they needed, but then upper management was shocked when teams of 1, 2 or 3 people did not complete goals. It makes no sense that the quality group is the largest, there have been few actual production activities. Despite being the biggest staffed, decisions felt questionable, like they were only made to meet a deadline and not the right decision nor made for the right reasons.
