      New management is doing everything needed to bring back the quality and standard of the company. Small company so everyone knows everyone. Competitive salary and good benefits. Lot of opportunity to grow within the company.

      Cons

      clear roles and defined responsibilities would make it a lot more easier for the company to achieve what they strive for. Expansion of teams would reduce work load.
