Pros

There aren't any, except for a few people who are genuine

Cons

- Managers just order you to do things and dont care for your input - Constantly micro-managed like children - Underlying expectation youll reply after hours/weekends, work-life balance is shocking - Managers do not manage or have any people skills - Absolutely no culture - Dont think, give an opinion or try to enhance anything youre working on as it wont be listened to........your just there to do what they say and do it immediately - You will not learn anything - Honestly, it is company who just care about making money, thats it. People are replaceable so just save yourself and don't join or apply

Pros

If you're looking to gain experience quickly in a fast-paced environment, you'll definitely be challenged here

Cons

GenFlow presents itself as an innovative, creator-first agency, but behind the scenes it’s disorganized, unsupportive, and deeply toxic. Onboarding is virtually nonexistent. You're expected to perform at an unsustainable level from the start, with no clear direction or structure in place. Work/life balance is nonexistent. You will be expected to be available 24/7 to your team and clients. Communication is poor across all levels, feedback is reactive, vague, and demoralizing. Leadership lacks basic managerial skills and avoids difficult client conversations, leaving their teams to absorb the pressure and consequences. Team culture is nonexistent. You’re siloed, interactions are strictly transactional, and any effort to build camaraderie is overshadowed by constant stress. Promises made during the interview process about bonuses, growth opportunities, and support, do not match the reality.
