Innovation is not encouraged, initiative is a bad thing. Wanting to go the extra mile for the tenants is seen as "bending the rules". This has to be one of the worst career experiences for me. There was no training, and for someone joining externally from outside the company, no training was a real issue. No direction, just plonked with another worker to shadow and go through some online courses. Very poor employer from Management upwards. Colleagues there were tremendous though.
