Pros
Great management that cares, good company culture and ability to work on different projects that are interesting. The company encourages innovation and learning. The CEO and other management visited us and had personal conversations with each of us.
Cons
Some of the work can be monotonous, all time spent at work needs to be tracked based on project to the nearest half hour or 15 minutes. Compensation is average and doesn't go up too much unless you move up positions.
