Pros
Variety of interesting clients and projects. Ability to apply new technologies and open source solutions to commercial challenges. Small team, but consequently one that feels very tight nit and that everyone looks out for one another. Flexible, results based work days (encouraged to take a couple of hours out whilst the sun is out if the next day is rain, for example). Great to work for remotely but with opportunities of meetups for either project or social related events (and in Snowdonia!)
Cons
Current lack of career progression structure, although this is actively being worked on.
