Terrible Culture - Anonymous employee GeoMark Research Employee Review

While this review is inconsistent with others left by ex-GeoMark employees, I believe it's accurate from the employee's perspective. In 2021, it is true that there was not harmony amongst all employees, and the "Cons" listed were in line with statements I heard. However, that's not the culture we seek, and substantial effort was put into changing that culture back to what it formerly was. Some employees made that transition with us, some were asked to leave, some left on their own accounts. But the effort has paid off and I'm confident that were the employee still with GeoMark, they would see a different company. I appreciate that GeoMark employees feel encouraged to speak their minds, that we heard feedback such as this and we were able to act upon it.
