Thanks for the feedback. As I said in another review, despite the fact that we are doing our best to have retrospectives with employees and contractors apparently we shall improve more. That said, I am confident to say that is impossible that someone's contract is terminated without notice or warning. This is impossible by law for Italian employees and also for contractor we never do that: we always discuss performance with contractors and we highlught when we are not happy and how to improve. Notice period is usually at least 1 to 2 weeks and grows with more time being spent at the company. If you believe this did not happen, I am happy to discuss offline. Yes, the learning curve is steep, geospatial is hard despite what people say.
