On time salary. If you start as a fresher and signs two years bond, and you survive the period here you can survive at any situation. You will be able to handle pressure situation. Makes you calm, and helps you to control your anger. If you are in trouble with anybody and they know about Geojit Technologies, just tell them you are working here. They will leave you instantly as there is nothing more worst thing to happen in your life.
Cons
There is no fixed working time. They will say it is flexible and If you try to leave office at 6:30 PM, they will look at you like you have done a sin which will lead you to hell. Work from home is meant to be 9AM to 9PM or may be later. There will be an immense pressure of work, as they will say stop current work and take another, and later they will ask why the first work is still not done. The management attitude is like, we will give maximum pressure to the employees, if they want to stay, the will stay, otherwise we will get new employees. Some of the senior level employees is there to steal the credit of the work you have done. Even if you are working hard, you have to show the management you are working, otherwise there will not be any value for your effort. No one will appreciate your work, even if you done it in the way they want and very well. They treats the employees like servants ( I think the servants get more respect than the employees in Geojit Technologies).
