      Pros

      Great staff, variety of disciplines. Technology used for production is current. Flexible with balancing personal and work life - just be ethical about it.

      Cons

      Health insurance costs are way too much for me to cover my family. I get the coverage for myself because that is affordable. No cost of living raises. PTO instead of vacation.

      Pros

      Let you dress comfortably and do a lot of group happy hours

      Cons

      Mgmt is indecisive, they are quick to hire and quicker to fire, they don't have enough work to keep you busy (hence firing), can't complain without fear of retribution, leadership in engineering isn't trustworthy.
