Pros
Small, close-knit staff with great staff development and support. Contracts are only a year (minimum), and management understands that most in this position only stay for a year (usually a gap year between undergrad and graduate school).
Cons
Pay is low considering the amount charged to clients and living expenses in the DC area. Hours can also be difficult (2-10PM on weekdays)
