      I hate hearing about the MBM ways and creating Value. The company wants you to create value but they don't return the favor. Sad thing this is suppose to be the pros of the company.

      somewhat flexible. requires little to no brains

      horrible management, working with felons, everyone is entitled, schedule is all over the place, pay poorly, long hours, bad food
