Pros
Coworkers are mostly cool. Work can be really engaging and satisfying when it's rolling. Front-loaded PTO is cool. Pay was eh, fine but below average back before they took away 12 hour shifts so they could count pennies and reduce entry-level overtime. Job stability (due to high turnover). You're always gonna be very needed.
Cons
Over promise, under deliver on everything. Not worth chasing the carrots they dangle. You'll never grab it and they'll bite your fingers if you reach. Incompetence is treated identically to competence, even to excellence. Zero incentive to do good work. Management will forget how your job works and vital conversations you've had, but they will never forget if you made scheduling slightly inconvenient once. They are almost all incredibly petty and will go after you hard over the slightest inconvenience.
