No formal training offered Low staff led to low support which led to bad reputations with the clients which then led to a more tense reception and manner in calls from customers. Cctv in the main support office which is continously monitored in a near police state environment, leading to a culture of staff taking serious work conversations behind closed doors, further fueling the previously mentioned office politics
