      Pros

      Great opportunity to work with a large network of people in India, Brazil and across North America. Wonderful teams and great minds!

      Cons

      Loss of sales in steel for North America, caused 4 years of layoffs and mill closures, leaving many without jobs and forcing others to pick up the slack.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
