      Decent Pay. Very Flexible hours.

      Cons

      too bureaucratic. company has a policy of sticking Brazillians in management positions regardless of qualifications. Hard to grow with the company if you do not speak portugese

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
