      Good Pay and benefits. Was the only thing kept me out there.

      Cons

      Faulty equipment. They refuse to replace. Equipment breaks, maintenance blames operator, operator loses there job to save the maintenance guys job

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
