      Pros

      It's a job, not much else to say other than better jobs are out there. They are constantly buying safety awards but rather get better raises or bring the bonus back.

      Cons

      Cut bonus/pay, safety management are hypocrites, insurance is getting worse, favoritism, Uneducated managers. Pointless meetings. Must have BS degree to advance

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
