Pros
Great teamwork. Friendships that lasted through the years. Unlike other places, Politics are not what runs this place. Responsive leadership that truly values each employee and his/her ideas. Fun!
Cons
After a few (or many) years, after you've moved sideways and up, there isn't always a chance to grow or do something new. But this can happen anywhere.
