Pros
You get a lot of experience doing something that most people never thought of doing for a career. Lots of great people unless you have the last name Goodell or are related or best buddies with CEO Jacob.
Cons
The expectations are unreal, and unlike some of the other reviews (who were clearly asked by Get Air to help the reviews on this site because they are terrible), and are unreasonable and very different than other companies of the same size. I have had many jobs in larger companies that didn't name call during meetings, talk negatively (constantly) about former employees, that didn't have assigned seats in the conference room for a power trip, and that didn't have people quit on them every 2 months. The corporate office at Get Air is very hostile. If you don't agree with the Goodell's, then you are wrong, and looked down upon. Pay scale for amount of work plus experience needed is well below average. The company is doing well financially on a fad that won't last longer than 10 more years. Favoritism is extremely strong. I am not a disgruntled employee, I never had any disciplinary issues with the company, but I finally saw the light and realized no matter how much a company pays you, if you aren't happy and feel treated poorly then it doesn't matter.
