Shocking place to work! - Anonymous employee Get Living Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. Get Living introduced my role, Talent Lead, in 2020 which is the 3rd member of a new People Team (also introduced in 2020). I know it’s been a while since you wrote this; I feel it’s important for every review to have a response. Since Rick took over as CEO in Sept 2019, there have been a lot of positive changes to the company. I really think you’d see a real difference from June 2017, to now. I’m pleased to say the passion of our employees still shines through – our recent employee survey shows a real improvement in cross-team communication and collaboration.
