      Pros

      I have been a contractor at Get Set for 6 weeks now and thoroughly enjoying my role, I find the management very supportive and have great job satisfaction: working with very collaborative and kind colleagues, a strong team culture with aligned goals, even working remotely from home I feel well connected to the business, objectives and my peers.

      Cons

      The workload pattern can be dynamic but keeps the role varied and interesting, although busy it rarely feels stressful.
