Very welcoming, fun, inclusive environment. It's a start-up so we wear a lot of hats and all work together and collaborate to come up with new, innovative ideas. Management is very supportive and open to suggestions and ideas. The goals are attainable and I've hit my numbers almost every single month I've worked here (besides one). If you are having trouble, management is really good about offering support and coaching to make sure you meet your goals. Management also regularly offers additional incentives to all employees and competitions to keep everyone excited and focused on the team and individual goals. I've been here for almost 2 years and still enjoy coming in every day. The ping pong table, popcorn machine, and routine happy hours don't hurt either!

This is a SaaS company, and software changes all the time, so if you like to do the same thing day in and day out, this isn't the place.
