Having two offices in two different countries is amazing for the team's reach and culture, but it can occasionally create a bit of distance with the leadership team based in the other location. It's just that some decisions, or relationships build a bit more slowly when you're not physically in the same space day-to-day.

It's a Series A so there's a lot of work to do of course and less structure than in a big company. That's the nature of the market and company size so you have to be aware of what you're getting into. Not a con unless you don't have startup experience and have the wrong expectations.
