Worst company ever - Shift Leader Getir Employee Review

They are treating people really bad, with minimum respect, not open for any kind of new input form workers as normal would be in startups, (i am not talking about manager in store, they also have problems with people above them, voice from people on the field is never considered) and with tons of unnecessary rules good for them, but also not following one the rules of state.
