SORRY. I cannot come up with one pro.

This Professional Billing Service is not at all what it advertises to be. Getix Health does not value employees, clients, and most of all it is giving professional billing a very bad name. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone to work or to have work done by. The management team cannot do the job they expect the staff to do. The coding manager does not know how to code "if her life depended on it". The billing manager knows one specialty and is not even fluent in that. The Credentialing team is laughable. All production work is done offshore and the clients do not get a discount for the kickback of saving money with offshore pays. Good luck to any client who allows Getix Health to carry them. Garbage in Garbage out...this is the work ethic.

My experience at Getix Health was frustrating due to poor leadership and a lack of structure. Management communication is inconsistent, and expectations often change without clear direction, making it difficult to perform effectively. There is a strong culture of micromanagement. Team leads closely monitor every task but often lack the knowledge or experience to provide meaningful guidance or resolve issues. This creates unnecessary pressure, especially when dealing with complex accounts or denials, because support is limited when you actually need it. Training was minimal and did not adequately prepare employees for the role. Much of the learning is self-taught, yet employees are still expected to meet high productivity standards quickly. The workload can be overwhelming, and expectations often feel unrealistic given the level of training and support provided.
