First is that they value working moms. They're giving mothers an opportunity to be the best version of themselves by having a career without the guilt of being away from their kids. I adore the working environment. It's non-toxic. No one is bossing around. Everyone is driven by their own goals and celebrating each other's wins. It's absolutely fun!

It's a WFH set up, I can monitor my child and spend more time w/ my family.
