Pros
They give you an opportunity to make all the money you can, by working 7 days a week, and which you have the power to keep the store open as long as you want if you are working a customer. Plenty of chance to make gross with $2400 addendum, you get paid from the front and the back. Pizza, subs sandwiches or Chinese food. One of those would be your free lunch on Saturday.
Cons
There are 3 sale staff teams you have the BDC with 4 who take the calls and pass the customers to one of the 3 sales people on the team. The 2nd sales team is a group of 6 who work with the exchange program. And the deals are one or 2 of the team members. Those 6 are also allowed to take ups who come into the front door. The last team is the 14 sales people who work off an up list to get an up. And some days those ups don't come. Then you have a management staff who like to belittle the sales staff. If you plan on quitting don't expect a last pay check and use your vacation time before you leave.
