Pros

Salary is decent and health insurance is paid for by company. Mission is good.

Cons

Proceed with caution before accepting a role here. While there may be opportunities to stay busy and gain broad experience, there are some significant drawbacks worth knowing upfront. HR is a nightmare and career growth is largely nonexistent advancement opportunities are rare, and long-term employees see little reward for their loyalty or tenure. Leadership tends to micromanage, which limits autonomy and makes it difficult to do your best work. Employees are regularly expected to take on responsibilities well beyond their job description, yet these contributions go largely unacknowledged. There is no real culture of recognition. Perhaps most telling is the inconsistency around a company-wide cost-saving initiative. Employees are expected to cut back and do more with less, while leadership appears exempt from the same standards. That kind of double standard is hard to ignore and speaks to a broader culture issue. If you're looking for a place to grow, be valued, and work under consistent and fair leadership then I suggest keep looking.
