- Terrible upper management: no training, no guidance, no communication to wider team about changes - Unrealistic objectives (need to take into account current economic situation, past performance, and listen to areas where employees need help rather than just pushing a number down their throat) - Insane amount of stress & pressure to reach targets (that can't be reached despite communication made to the team numerous times asking for help) - Working crazy hours to meet targets & ZERO recognition - Treating marketing partners terribly, affecting the company's reputation and damaging relationships - No clear SLAs in place - Upper management making huge promises to help & nothing done - as a result made redundant overnight without even giving employees a warning or discuss performance
