1.)Some of the colleagues are extremely unprofessional and rude. 2.)Micromanagement is seen everywhere in the company. CXOs micro manage managers and further, managers do the same with freelancers. 3.)Compensation is poor. 4.)Work hours is a major issue. You are expected to start at 10 and depending on the project, hours get extended till 9-9:30 pm on 4 out of 5 days.
