Pros

- The people are nice to work with, very friendly environment. - Could be a big company/competitor if ran correctly.

Cons

I would only recommend GigaMonster if you are seeking a position in accounting or network engineering. Every other department has employees that want out as soon as they get the chance. If you are looking to be a maintenance technician or installation technician, I strongly advise you to stay away. Technicians are not valued at all, there is no training on new equipment. They are treated the worst. Which is insane because they deal with the customer base every day. They will send you into a job without the tools needed and expect you to do the impossible! You have zero value to them whatsoever. They will overwork you until you quit. They will promote you without any compensation, and that is already low. This company has people that have been here for 7 years+ and they treat them like trash. I would recommend GigaMonster to someone who is looking for something just to get your foot in the door. This is somewhere you do not want to be long term. Installation/Maintenance Techs... stay away. There is a reason you do not see good reviews on here for that position.

Pros

remote work, work life balance, great supervisors, snacks in office and cool environment. You don't have to worry about feeling belittled, and are trusted to get the job done.

Cons

Not much room for growth, no bonuses, and the fact that they filed bankruptcy and I will be laid off in July, otherwise I'd still be working for them.
