Great owners, they helped developed me as an employee. worked with all sorts of clients from public schools to VH1 and LinkedIn. Employers make you feel your good work is valued. Also the variety of events provides great networking.
Cons
Doing the job well is a lot of work, but it is rewarding when you do it will. Sometimes inexperienced event coordinators or drunk patrons can make the job difficult, but those jobs pass.
The owner is horrible, often changing time cards behind employee's backs without telling them. You're forced to go on mandatory trips for the employer to do events despite your given availability, and then forced to work longer hours than they will allow you to report due to California law.
